No cancellations are allowed for perishable items. However, if you receive items that are of poor quality or damaged, we will provide refunds or replacements as appropriate. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt of such items.
If you receive damaged or defective items, you must report this to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. Our merchant will verify the issue, and upon confirmation, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.
